Overtime strategy

The working hours used by the factory/organization in excess of the working hours of the daily factory/organization will be treated as overtime.


Purpose:

  • Reduce overtime.
  • Reducing the per capita cost of the factory.
  • Reducing the rate of migration.
  • Reduce the rate of absenteeism.
  • Increase factory efficiency.
  • Reducing the physical and mental illness of the workers.
  • To increase the working performance of the workers.


Instructions:

First, the section/department head will determine based on the production plan, its total achievement and data of the date of shipment, and the forecast of the absence of workers, whether there is a need for overtime in his section/department.



Overtime of more than two hours is never acceptable.

If for any reason more than two hours of overtime is required, the self section head will fill up the overtime requisition form.

The completed Overtime Requestation Form should be obtained between 2:00 pm (2.00 pm) with the permission of the Factory Admin, IE Head / Manager, and Factory Head and, if necessary, Honorable Executive Director.

The IE Head / Manager will check and sort the completed Overtime Requestation Form properly and will be able to change any inconsistencies.

If the department other than the swing department (such as cutting, finishing, packing, quality, sample, admin, etc.) is required to work overtime for more than two hours, the person in charge of his / her own department fills in the overtime requisition form with the department. Permission of IE Head / Manager / Unit Head and Honorary Executive Director if required.

The Overtime Requisition Form must clearly state the following. Such as the name of the department, line/area, section, how many hours of overtime will be given to how many workers, etc.

The tiffin will be listed as per the section mentioned in the Overtime Requisition Form and the admin department will assign the tiffin according to the list of tiffins.

If any additional tiffin is required, it must be re-requisitioned.

No overtime will be accepted without the approval of IE Head / Manager and Unit Head.

If you need to work overtime on a weekly holiday or any day off, the person in charge of the section/area/department that requires overtime must fill out the Overtime Request Form by specifying the reason. Must be approved with the signature of the unit head.

If you need to work overtime on weekends or any closing day, you must notify the unit head, IE head/manager, and the honorable executive director.

Overtime will not be allowed to do any overtime in addition to the overtime mentioned in the requisition form and will not be accepted.
